Who Will Idol Fans be Screaming For?

Tonight one more American Idol hopeful will pack there bags.

Who should it be?

Adam Lambert has the most star power. But is Adam better off as the winner?

Chris Daughtry was better off not winning. Look  how well Daughtry has  faired. No Idol contract for #4 in season 5. So, he actually gets paid for his #1 hits.

Lambert and Daughtry have intangible qualities that hardly any of the Idol contestants in all 8 seasons have had.

Last night was not my favorite show. If it truly is a singing competition, Kris Allen’s performance of Heartless by Kanye “I hate Twitter” West was incredible!

Kris has his moments but is he someone you’d look at and say, “Wow, that guy is a star?” I don’t think so. Nice voice, great looks, but not a Kenny Chesney, Steven Tyler, Bono type dude. I said STAR.

Danny Gokey is a very likeable person. The kind of guy a woman would take home to meet her folks.  Not a guy that stands out as the future of #1 Billboard Hits. He is a really good singer, Randy Jackson reminds us weekly. But does he really reflect an Idol type persona?

Let me help you answer that…….. NO.

Only one person that took the stage last night reflected an image of superstardom……Adam Lambert!

To scream or not to scream, that is the question?

A bigger question is who will be the last man standing? Who will Idol fans be screaming for?
